About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a curious, motivated HR intern to support our team from November onwards. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international environment and to apply what you are learning in your studies.

What you’ll do:

  • Support HR colleagues in recruitment processes (e.g. job postings, screening CVs, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding and general employee lifecycle administration
  • Help prepare HR presentations and documentation, ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Contributing to employee engagement, trainings and satisfaction initiatives
  • Update HR sites and reports, helping to improve processes and tools
  • Play an active role at university fairs and campus events, representing Zurich Duo and supporting employer branding and early talent attraction
  • Work closely and effectively with Internal Communications and other teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on HR initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources (e.g. talent acquisition, employee experience…)
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Any additional language is a strong plus
  • Available to work part-time from November at the office in Barcelona, preferably for a 6-month internship
  • Motivated, independent and communicative attitude, with a strong willingness to learn
